We’re seeking a curious, technically skilled problem solver to join our team in driving innovation through various supply chain functions. This role focuses on leveraging AI, automation, and tools like Alteryx to enhance supply chain processes. You’ll collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Leadership team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions that elevate operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education
  • 2–5 years of experience in analytics, data management, or business analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization
  • High attention to detail and analytical skills
  • A curious mindset to learn, investigate and problem solve
  • An aptitude for technology and systems. Previous experience with robotic process automation or Microsoft CoPilot is a strong asset
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Alteryx are considered an asset
  • Experience leading change is considered an asset
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Leadership team to understand and prioritize business and information needs
  • Applypredictive analyticstechniques to anticipate trends, identify risks, and support proactive decision-making.
  • Identify, develop and test automation solutions and champion automation and data governance across the department
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate and streamline data processes.
  • Support change management across the department
  • Perform data analysis to support periodic and ad hoc reporting
  • Support a culture of teamwork, enthusiasm, and a proactive nature within the team
