This role owns end‑to‑end business performance, including pre‑opening execution, launch, daily operations, revenue optimization, guest experience, team leadership, food & beverage performance, compliance, asset care, and long‑term scalability. The GM is both an operator and brand steward, accountable for delivering exceptional Japanese‑inspired hospitality while building the systems, standards, and KPIs required to scale Akua into a multi‑unit platform.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize revenue through dynamic pricing, treatment mix optimization, therapist utilization and schedule efficiency, add‑ons, bundles, experiential upgrades, membership economics, and average spend per guest through cross‑category integration.
  • Food & beverage as a wellness pillar: Own wellness‑driven F&B strategy as part of the guest experience. Oversee menu development, sourcing, pricing, margin control.
