This is a new and exciting Business Development Manager opportunity due to the company going through a significant growth and development programme where you’ll work the broker markets within the South of England.
You will be looking after an existing portfolio of insurance intermediaries focusing on retention and new business development. This is a home-based working role where you will report into their Regional office in the North of England.
This is a Business Development Manager opportunity which requires someone to be sales focused and ideally has existing broker relationships within the geographical area.
To be successful you need to be a results driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in a similar role.
It is essential that you have previous commercial insurance experience from either a broking or insurer background, or both. You will be given flexibility and a lot of autonomy, and it would ideally suit someone who has a proactive approach and is comfortable being in a sales environment working to sales targets set by management. In return, you will be provided with additional support from senior management and a strong team of underwriters to ensure you can maximise every possible opportunity to being successful in performing this role to its full potential.
