Overview

Business Development Manager – Recruiting Sales

Location: Burnaby, BC (In-office, 5 days / week — relocating to Port Moody or Tri-Cities). Remote applications and candidates requiring relocation assistance or work sponsorship will NOT be accepted. The successful candidate must be located already in the Greater Vancouver area of BC.

Role: Business Development Manager – Recruiting Sales. You will take ownership of selling premium recruiting and talent solutions, break into new accounts, and help capture greater market share. This is an opportunity for an A-player who’s relentless about targets, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow into a sales leadership role.

What You’ll Own
  • Drive new business in executive search, recruiting, and related talent services
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing and account growth
  • Make 50+ high-quality outbound B2B calls daily and leverage LinkedIn / email outreach
  • Build and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target industries
  • Pitch and present solutions to HR leaders, executives, and business owners
  • Maintain a strong pipeline in HubSpot CRM and hit / exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with recruiters, consultants, and delivery teams to ensure client success
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our service lines
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven closer with a history of exceeding aggressive B2B sales targets
  • Minimum 3+ years in high-performance outbound sales; professional services preferred
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills; comfortable starting conversations with senior executives
  • Skilled communicator who can build trust quickly and articulate value in competitive markets
  • Confident managing the entire sales cycle independently
  • Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Resilient, competitive, and target-driven — you thrive under pressure
  • Willing to work in the office full-time. Once trust is built and targets are consistently exceeded, additional flexibility may be considered.

Compensation

Location

In-office (5 days / week) – Burnaby, BC. Office relocating to Port Moody / Tri-Cities in the near future.
