Role Overview

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the Canadian market, with a strong focus on Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence across key verticals—especially within the non-profit sector or Microsoft solution landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the Ontario region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the non-profit sector or Microsoft solution ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Understand customer needs and position appropriate Microsoft products and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored proposals and presentations
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Track and report on pipeline development, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Key Requirements
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in business development or sales
  • Strong background in selling Microsoft products (e.g., M365, Azure, Dynamics) or hands-on experience working with or selling to the non-profit sector
  • Deep understanding of IT solutions and consultative selling approaches
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Knowledge of the Canadian/Ontario market dynamics is a strong plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals/Sales/Partner programs)
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
