What You’ll Be Doing

As a business coach, your role is to ensure our clients experience world-class coaching that drives real business results.

You’ll be both a "doer" and a "designer" in this role:

The Doing – Delivering world‑class coaching sessions

• One‑on‑one coaching with business owners
• Facilitating online training sessions
• Monitoring client results and engagement
• Answering questions on our coaching portals and Facebook groups

The Designing – Improving our coaching systems

• Identifying and implementing better ways to help clients grow
• Developing coaching resources to drive client success
• Optimizing coaching processes to get faster results
