Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree (IT related subject not necessarily required)
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• At least 2 years experience as a Salesforce BA or consultant previously
• At least 1 Salesforce certification (e.g., Administrator)
• Good working knowledge of Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, profiles, roles, workflows, approval processes, process builders, etc.
• Knowledge of programmatic capabilities of Salesforce (APEX and Visualforce when necessary)
• Experience writing Epics and User Stories and working in an agile project environment
• Experience conducting good customer product demonstrations
• Experience writing project documentation such as BRD or User Manual
• Preferred experience with Salesforce implementations in healthcare, insurance, or life sciences domains
