We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our operations and finance team, supporting our leadership in tracking performance, building models, and ensuring our systems and reporting remain best-in-class.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and analyze revenue, expenses, and bonus structures across all divisions.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making.
  • Review and interpret contracts, agreements, and financial documents to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Manage systems and databases, updating spreadsheets, pulling detailed reports, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards for leadership.
  • Conduct business process reviews, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Partner with technology and operations teams to support system upgrades, integrations, and automation projects.
  • Assist in developing budgets and variance analysis to track organizational performance against targets.
  • Provide competitive and market analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Act as a liaison between management and technical teams, ensuring business needs are translated into clear requirements.
  • Document business requirements, workflows, and policies to create clarity and consistency.
  • Support compliance by ensuring processes align with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, modelling, and business reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau is an asset).
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data management.
  • Familiarity with contracts, bonuses, and performance tracking is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Compensation
  • Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
