This position is for a Building Operator based at Royal Bank Plaza in downtown Toronto
About the role
You will act as a building systems expert in identifying deficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Ensure that the tenants have a safe and comfortable work environment for Royal Bank Plaza. Responsible for operating and maintaining all building equipment and systems in a manner that ensures all quality standards are upheld on a 12-hour rotating Continental shift between two weeks of day shift (7am-7pm) and two weeks of night shifts (7pm-7am). Weekend and Stat holiday coverage will be required if the scheduled shift falls on those days.
