A global leader in real estate services in Fort McMurray is seeking a Mobile Technician. The role involves performing preventive maintenance on building systems and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, organizational skills, and basic math abilities are essential, as well as a valid Driver's License. This position offers a chance to contribute significantly in maintaining operational performance in client facilities.
As a CBRE Mobile Technician, you’ll be a key contributor in keeping our client sites operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. You’ll diagnose issues and deliver preventive maintenance that ensures critical systems run at their best.
This role sits within our Engineering & Technical Services team—professionals dedicated to maintaining building infrastructure, optimizing system performance, and supporting our clients with exceptional service. You’ll play an essential role in sustaining facility uptime, enhancing operational performance, and creating safe, functional spaces for the people who use them every day.
