Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating.
• Strong knowledge of property claims adjusting processes.
• Understanding of IICRC Standards and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess building damages and complete estimates.
• Conduct virtual and physical site inspections.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Project Management staff.

Skills

Residential and/or Commercial estimating experience

Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software

Problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Education

Post-Secondary education or completion of the Insurance Institute program (CIP / FCIP)
