A leading homebuilder in Edmonton is looking for a Builder to oversee and manage the construction of new homes. The Builder will ensure high-quality results while following safety standards and maintaining a professional work environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years in residential construction management and post-secondary education in a related field. This role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and effective supervision of trades and staff, offering a dynamic environment focused on growth and quality delivery.

As the Builder you oversee the timely construction of each home from carpentry to warranty service request signoff, while ensuring high‑quality results, within budget and striving to provide The Best Homeowner Experience. You are responsible for producing zero‑defect homes through effective management of trades, suppliers and staff. You will coordinate the various complex aspects of the construction process while maintaining the high standards and integrity of Mattamy. You act as the primary representative of company on construction matters to homeowners and maintain an aesthetically appealing, safe worksite and professional and efficient work environment.
