What We Need

These are the core responsibilities you’ll take on from day one. Your baseline for success in this role.

  • Execute our brand and communications strategy across all platforms
  • Maintain consistent, on-brand messaging across social media, our website, and internal channels
  • Craft and edit a wide range of content including press releases, company updates, and thought leadership
  • Manage PR operations: develop media pitches, coordinate outreach, and handle award submissions
  • Support internal communications, from employee updates to executive messaging
  • Help plan and manage our presence at events and conferences, including booth setup and logistics
  • Monitor what’s being said about us online to protect and strengthen our reputation

  • The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and collaborators while consistently delivering on time
  • A strong background in media relations, from crafting compelling pitches to securing meaningful coverage.
  • Confidence using tools like Canva, Figma, or similar to support visual storytelling
  • A data-informed approach, using performance insights to refine and strengthen your work
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments — you are proactive, resourceful, and always looking to raise the bar
