Job description
Overview

Quince was started to challenge the existing idea that nice things should cost a lot. Our mission was simple: create an item of equal or greater quality than the leading luxury brands and sell them at a much lower price.

Our Values

Customer First. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

High Quality. True quality is a combination of premium materials and high production standards that everyone can feel good about.

Essential design. We don’t chase trends, and we don’t sell everything. We’re expert curators that find the very best and bring it to you at the lowest prices.

Always a better deal. Through innovation and real price transparency we want to offer the best deal to both our customers and our factory partners.

Environmentally and Socially conscious. We’re committed to sustainable materials and sustainable production methods. That means a cleaner environment and fair wages for factory workers.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate pairs sharp eCommerce design skills with elevated brand taste - localizing site, email, and marketing assets to resonate with Canadian customers in both English and French. They’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, thrive in fast-moving environments, and know how to adapt global creative systems into locally relevant, high-performing campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Site Design & QA: Localize and create net-new assets for the Canadian eComm site and app (homepage, landing pages, CLPs).
  • Email Design & QA: Build batch and flow emails using Canada-specific briefs for both English and French versions; partner with the copywriter to localize/adapt copy; own visual QA (links, images, hierarchy).
  • Maintains style guide: Maintain style guide in Figma; ensure all shipped assets follow it.
  • Performance tracking: Track creative performance (CTR, CVR, engagement) and iterate on design.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing and Merch teams to deliver on briefed campaigns.
  • Workflow: Establish efficient review/feedback workflows with U.S. counterparts.
  • Project management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, part-time environment.
  • Other Marketing Creative: Build creatives for all other marketing channels like direct mail, OOH, organic social, catalogue (digital/non digital) for both English and French; partner with the copywriter to localize/adapt copy; own visual QA (links, images, hierarchy).
Requirements
  • 5+ years in brand/digital design (eComm experience strongly preferred).
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling chops.
  • Proven ability to adapt existing systems.
  • Highly organized; comfortable with shifting priorities and partial hours.
  • Clear communicator across time zones and functions.
NICE-TO-HAVE
  • Experience with French localization, basic knowledge of email QA tools, familiarity with performance metrics, video / motion graphic experience
