Marketsupport Canada is currently seeking Brand Ambassadors to demo fire safety products at Home Depot stores across Canada (including Boisbrand, QC) for Fire Awareness Month in October.

Location

Home Depot - 2400 Boul du Faubourg, Boisbrand, QC J7H 1S3

Shift

October 4th or October 5th, 2025 (your choice) • 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Paid Training

All selected candidates will receive paid training prior to their first shift. Training will cover product knowledge, engagement techniques, and reporting procedures. Training is included in your total compensation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate, engage and educate store customers on Kidde fire safety products
• Check in with Client Manager each shift by texting when arriving and when leaving the store
• Immediately complete a small daily survey on a home computer after each shift
• Submit a few photos of the event and upload to the survey sent to Marketsupport
• Present a professional image at all times while at the store (Kidde Apron, t-shirt, black pants or jeans, safety shoes)
• Avoid texting friends or playing games on your phone during the event
• Maintain a friendly demeanor and a smile
• Do not sit down or wander around the store
• Eager to answer customer questions, be courteous and polite

What we are looking for in a Brand Ambassador

• Bilingual French and basic English
• Reliability – if booked for a shift, you will do what is needed to be there
• Engaging – when you talk, people want to listen

Requirements

• Steel-toe/safety shoes and black pants or jeans (no rips) – Kidde Apron will be provided

Compensation

$20 an hour (4-hour shifts) – drive time is not paid
