Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Branch Care Coordinator for our Timmins location. The Branch Care Coordinator provides support related to oxygen, PAP, and other therapeutics and diagnostics in the branch.

  • Provide friendly, helpful service to customers by sharing general information and directing inquiries to appropriate staff.
  • Assist with sales, maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory management.
  • Distribute informational literature to prospective clients.
  • Schedule walk-in appointments for therapeutics and follow-up visits.
  • Help clients understand funding options and insurance requirements.
  • Support healthcare professionals with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Manage equipment, including warranty, maintenance, and repairs for internal assets and customer-owned devices.
  • Perform quality control duties or act as alternate, completing tasks related to GMP for medical gases, including review and sign-off of quality records. Training for this role is provided and must be completed prior to performing activities.
