The Boys JV Assistant Soccer Coach reports to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for the support of the Girls JV soccer team. This position is responsible for assisting the head JV coach with conducting practices, motivating students, and instructing student athletes in game strategies and techniques. As well as help garner an appreciation for physical fitness, discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork in soccer. This position requires travel and work on weekends and evenings.
Season Salary is $16.50/hr with a minimum guarantee of $4,576.00
The Assistant Boys Soccer coach must exhibit high standards of professionalism and communication. He or she must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of working with high school students. He or she must have the ability to interact with students, parents, and staff, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. This person must support the value of an education.
