GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
Reporting to, and working directly with the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Board/Patient and Family Centered Care (PFCC) Coordinator works with a provincial focus to develop, implement, evaluate, and support strategies to advance patient and family-centered care throughout the Agency. As such, the position coordinates the function and integration of the Agency’s Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC). Additionally, this position serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors, coordinating the activities of the Board as well as two Board sub-committees – Quality, Safety, Risk and Governance/Human Resources.
