The Opportunity

Your Impact Starts Here
In this role, you’ll help shape the digital DNA of major Rail & Transit programs by elevating BIM excellence, improving information flow, and enabling teams to deliver safer, smarter, and more resilient transportation systems. Every model, workflow, and automation you touch will directly contribute to project certainty, client confidence, and the modernization of Canada’s mobility networks.

  • Maintain and enforce digital standards, metadata structures, schemas, and QA/QC workflows to ensure accuracy, traceability, and ISO 19650‑aligned governance.
  • Apply automation tools such as Dynamo and Python to streamline modeling tasks, reduce errors, and accelerate project delivery.
  • Champion best‑practice CDE use (ACC/BIM360, ProjectWise/iTwin, SharePoint) to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant information management.
  • Contribute to digital twin readiness and support 4D/5D/6D modeling workflows that help clients visualize and optimize lifecycle outcomes.
  • Deliver guidance, training, and digital playbooks that uplift digital maturity across project teams and enhance collaboration.
  • Support bid teams with digital delivery scope definition, risk identification, and mobilization planning.
  • Assist with dashboard creation, data analytics, and model‑based reporting to strengthen data‑informed decision‑making.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • You’re fluent in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and comfortable navigating tools used across major transportation programs.
  • You have a solid understanding of ISO 19650 principles, CDE platforms, and information governance best practices.
  • You’ve built your expertise through real project delivery—coordinating models, solving digital challenges, and improving workflows.
  • You’re energized by automation, innovation pilots, and finding smarter ways for teams to work together.
  • You have a degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
