Centrally located in Toronto, Canada, Viscor is a division of Leviton Manufacturing's Lighting Business Unit operating in Canada for over 70 years. We are actively seeking a talented Bilingual Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (French/English) Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for sales and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | Responsabilités principals

  • Handle, manage and respond to telephone and email customer inquiries in both French and English
  • Provide product information, pricing and availability
  • Prepare quotes and enter sales orders into ERP System
  • Provide support to Outside Sales Representatives and Agency partners
  • Help to coordinate lighting projects for sales representatives from order entry to delivery, including the monitoring of timelines and deliverables
  • Ensure accurate documentation and communication to relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Responds to concerns, issues, or complaints from customers/agents and helps resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Cross-reference competitors’ product/catalog codes with Viscor's products as may be required
  • Participates in product training sessions
  • Occasional coverage of other customer accounts as required due to vacation or other absences
  • All other related duties as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS | Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or project coordination
  • Experience in the lighting, electrical, or manufacturing industry is an asset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
