Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2-3 years of customer service experience; automotive or financial services preferred.
• Strong mathematics background and ability to navigate financial documentation.
• Strong computer proficiency to navigate multiple applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Passion for the automotive industry and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and document all interactions accurately.
• Analyze financial documents from clients to help in resolution.
• Manage client portfolios ensuring accurate and updated information.
• Respond to escalated inquiries and support clients through the process.
• Educate clients about their loan status and other financial inquiries.
• Promote a culture of trust and satisfaction with clients.
