Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of bartending techniques. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with guests and ensure their satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
  • Engage with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and intervene when necessary to ensure responsible drinking.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when applicable.
  • Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while maintaining quality service.
Experience
  • Previous experience in bartending
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently juggle multiple tasks during peak hours.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus, enhancing your ability to work collaboratively within the team.

Must have experience opening and closing. Must be mature and responsible.
