Bartender

Bartenders are the engine of the Front of House, responsible for mixing cocktails and pouring drinks to ensure our Guests have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They focus on serving perfect drinks every time and building relationships at the bar through conversation and situational serving. They also champion a fun and safe work environment, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

What does a successful Bartender look like?

• Maintains composure in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Builds relationships with regulars by remembering their names or discussing sports
• Makes all drinks to Boston Pizza standards
• Champions the "Foundations of Hospitality," Boston Pizza's Brand Standards, and Food Safety
• Communicates effectively with the Front of House team to ensure quick drink service
