A leading company is looking for a skilled Baker to prepare and bake high-volume bakery products. You will operate power equipment, monitor ovens, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards. Prepare and bake high-volume bakery products according to Costco formulas in our Scarborough warehouse. You’ll assemble, measure, and combine large quantities of ingredients, operate industrial mixers, and monitor ovens to ensure quality and consistency.

Operate power equipment—from dough rollers to automated dough machines—and maintain strict sanitation and temperature controls. You’ll follow health-code procedures, provide courteous member service, and support other bakery and warehouse tasks as needed.
In this role, you will use power mixers to prepare batters, frostings, and fillings, then roll, cut, and shape dough for breads and pastries. You’ll transfer raw product to proofing rooms and bake items in large ovens, monitoring pull dates and moving finished goods to cooling racks at the optimal time.
You will also adjust formulas using calculators for alternate yields, feed dough into automated machines, and strictly comply with safety and security procedures. Your attention to detail will ensure every bakery item meets Costco’s quality standards.
