• CDK experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors timely submission of payable invoices.
• Posts approved invoices into CDK daily.
• Maintains vendor account records and resolves discrepancies.
• Creates new vendor records and maintains 1099 records.
• Processes invoices timely to avoid late fees.
• Generates expense details workbook for monthly review.
• Assists with reconciliation and posting of prepaid accounts.
