Purpose

The Integration Solutions team is a dynamic team focused on adding value to the bank by solving business problems through innovative solutions, leveraging modern tools, fostering a collaborative and creative environment, operating with efficiency, and executing with speed and quality.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases based on business and technical requirements
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Support automation efforts using tools such as Selenium, Java, Maven, TestNG
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices.
  • Prepare documentation such as test strategies, test plans, and exit reports.
Education / Experience / Other Information
  • University or College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working within SDLC/TDLC environments.
  • Strong experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Experience in automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Page Object Model).
  • Experience with Excel API and test automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Git.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries and mainframe systems for test validation.
  • Experience in the Canadian financial services industry is a strong asset.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a standard office-based environment; non‑standard hours are a common occurrence. Limited travel globally.
