About Our Client

Our client is sourcing an Associate, investor Relations for a 4-month contract.

About the Opportunity
  • Work alongside senior team members to help deliver reliable reporting and high-quality service to institutional clients.
  • Oversee and coordinate recurring client commitments, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual items are completed on time.
  • Partner with internal teams across the organization to gather information and produce accurate, timely client and financial reports.
  • Create polished presentation decks and meeting materials by working closely with operations and finance specialists.
  • Build a strong understanding of the firm’s investment strategies, risk approaches, operational processes, and financial capabilities.
  • Collect, verify, and organize data needed for client questions, audit requests, and other information requirements.
  • Assist the client relationship team by preparing materials for meetings, tracking follow-up tasks, and supporting ongoing client engagement efforts.
  • Contribute to year-end audit activities as needed.
  • Help strengthen long-term institutional client relationships by supporting the team’s client-service framework.
About You
  • Undergraduate education in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar discipline.
  • Roughly one to two years of experience in financial services, accounting, investment environments, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to develop presentations, particularly using PowerPoint.
  • Previous exposure to external auditing is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Able to manage workloads effectively under tight timeframes and pressure.
  • High attention to detail paired with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent organization and time-management capabilities.
  • Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and able to adjust quickly as priorities shift.
