You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for an assistant retail manager, which we call an assistant store leader. As an assistant retail manager, you will lead and coach a team of sales advisors and work together to create an amazing customer experience.

What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates
  • 3+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
  • In this role you will be placed permanently in any of our Ottawa store locations (eg: Kanata, Orleans, Ottawa East and Ottawa West) and ability to commute to those locations is required
