The Opportunity
Ready to lead complex, high-impact infrastructure maintenance projects in one of BC’s most vital transportation networks? We are hiring for Assistant Regional Managers to join our Terminal Maintenance team in Horseshoe Bay where you will support maintenance teams as the technical lead on maintenance projects shaping the future of our operation. As the technical lead and work delivery specialist in the region, you will lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of all maintenance activities effectively, while understanding the technical requirements and safe work practices needed to complete the work. You will also lead a diverse team of planners, supervisors, and trades in a unionized environment.
This position includes, but is not limited to, managing work in the following fields: marine structures; mechanical systems; hydraulic systems; electrical systems; civil infrastructure; buildings and building systems; and water distribution and sewage plant systems.
This role requires availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to respond to emergent issues.

Additional information
The target salary range: $98,500 - $123,100 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience, and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the target range on exceptional basis.
