Assistant Property Manager (Residential) - Toronto / GTA

With over 30 years of industry experience, this group is renowned for its excellence in property management. They’re currently looking to hire an experienced Assistant Residential Property Manager to join their team in Toronto / the GTA.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sr. Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager's primary role is to oversee a residential property portfolio, ensuring efficient and effective management while upholding the highest standards of customer service for both residents and property owners. This entails adherence to safety protocols, the delivery of top-notch customer service, and the optimization of operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in residential property management, ideally with portfolio sizes of 500+ units
  • Post-secondary education and / or industry designation
  • Proven leader with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building competencies
  • Solid time management, administrative, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and portrays a professional image
  • Excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including dealing with vendors and contracts
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle ownership are necessary, with willingness and ability to be on call and work irregular hours

Salary ranges from $65K-$70K.
