A retail automotive chain in Victoria is looking for a retail management professional to enhance customer service excellence and lead team development. The candidate will support the store manager in driving sales, implementing operational standards, and developing team members. Competitive salary is between CAD 55,000 and CAD 60,000, plus benefits and potential bonuses.
