Position Summary

The HVAC Assembly Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly operations of HVAC units, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. This role involves leading, coaching, and scheduling a team of assembly technicians while maintaining efficient workflow and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily assembly operations of HVAC units.
  • Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Ensure all assembled units meet quality and safety standards.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate assembly staff performance.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA/Alberta OHS regulations.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve production issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels of assembly materials and report requirements to management.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation as required.

  • Shift schedule: Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
