Your role

Join our Wealth Planning department as an articling student. This 12-month contract begins July 2026, with on-site work in Toronto required at least three days per week. Include in your application a cover letter, resume, transcripts, and preferably two reference letters.

Your responsibilities are:
  • prepare and file private placement reports for select products sold to Accredited Investors and Permitted Clients with provincial regulators
  • assist with Wealth Plans, including tax, trust, and estate planning; update brochures and internal documents
  • support “Know Your Product” initiatives and other compliance measures for product lines
  • participate in committees addressing legislative amendments impacting offerings and clients (e.g., Reporting Requirements under the Income Tax Act, National Instrument 31-103, internal policies for US Person clients)
  • contribute to new product launches, focusing on securities law and tax law considerations
  • assist with the establishment of trusts in collaboration with UBS Trustees

Join the Wealth Management Canada Wealth Planning team, supporting UBS Bank (Canada) and UBS Investment Management Canada Inc. Collaborate closely with client advisors to complete wealth plans. UBS fosters a client‑centric culture built on excellence, integrity, collaboration, and innovation. In this role, you will partner with business colleagues to help achieve organizational objectives.
