We’re looking for an energetic, creative and detail-oriented student to join DIALOG’s Toronto studio for a 4 or 8-month term beginning in January 2026. This is an on-site role with full-time presence required in the studio.

Who you are:
  • Love what you do, think creatively and critically, have an innate standard of excellence, and a sense of fun
  • Learn to push the boundaries of conventional design
  • Start to resolve design and technical issues along with your project lead and mentor’s assistance
  • Deliver projects efficiently and effectively with assistance
How you’ll make a difference:
  • A working knowledge of Revit is an asset
  • A working knowledge of graphic software such as Adobe Suite
  • Skills in hand drawing, model building, and/or technical knowledge of building science are considered an asset
  • Previous work term experience is considered an asset
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, and as part of a team
  • A strong desire to take part in finding creative solutions that are environmentally responsible and technically sound

$20 – $28 an hour. Flexible based on candidate experience.
