Architect – Essex

Permanent | Full-time | Based in Essex

With a talented team of Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Managers, this practice is renowned for designing inspiring, functional spaces that genuinely enhance everyday life.

Qualifications & Experience
  • RIBA Part 1, 2 & 3 – (or equivalent qualifications)
  • ARB Registration –
  • Experience across multiple industry sectors
  • Proficiency in Revit (certification is a plus) and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of NBS and Building Regulations
  • Strong design, technical detailing, and project coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project design and coordination, focusing on a primary project.
  • Produce detailed working drawing packages.
  • Contribute to planning and regulatory applications.
  • Manage and coordinate design information.
  • Support project administration, attend meetings, take minutes, and conduct technical research.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors.
  • Assist with issuing and receiving drawings and project information.
