We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will assist with inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks while developing hands‑on skills and learning technical knowledge. This position is ideal for someone pursuing a career in mechanical trades and eager to learn in a practical, fast‑paced environment.

  • No heavy engine or transmission overhauls
  • Perform light mechanical inspections and repairs (brakes, batteries, lights, belts, fluid changes)

What You Will Do:
  • Assist with diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance
  • Perform basic tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, tire service, and fluid checks
  • Receive hands‑on training from experienced technicians
  • Help inspect vehicles for wear, damage, or safety concerns
  • Learn to use tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment correctly and safely
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop area
  • Follow instructions and safety protocols at all times
  • Document work performed and report findings to supervisors
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
What You Will Need:
  • Strong interest in mechanics and hands‑on technical work
  • Basic understanding of tools, engines, or mechanical systems (preferred but not required)
  • Full‑time or part‑time apprenticeship
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
  • Good problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required
  • High school diploma or working toward completion

The base pay range for this full‑time position is $22.00 - $26.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
