Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Develop reusable LWCs using JavaScript and manage complex integrations with tools like Mulesoft
• Perform code reviews and maintain high software quality standards using GitHub CI/CD and Atlassian tools
• Collaborate within Agile frameworks, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and regular stand-ups
• Communicate progress, issues, and timelines clearly and effectively across teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering Salesforce projects, primarily focused on Service Cloud and other clouds
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative configurations
• Strong programming skills in Apex and JavaScript, with optional knowledge of Python or other OOP/functional languages
• Proven experience managing, optimizing, and scaling large, complex Salesforce organizations
• Salesforce certifications such as Developer, Platform App Builder I/II, or Architect track certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce AI features like Agentforce, Einstein GPT, or related AI/ML integrations
• Familiarity with Enterprise Patterns, design best practices, and architectural principles
