What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate enterprise-wide cash management banking services, including outsourced payment processing and account management
• Assist with system administration for the Treasury Management System (Kyriba) and web banking applications
• Collaborate with cash management banks to address account requirements and resolve issues
• Provide banking support to Corporate and Business Unit functions, ensuring timely problem resolution
• Compile audit requests and prepare FBAR filings

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Prior experience in a Finance-related field, preferably in Treasury, Banking, or Accounting
• Active enrollment in a business or finance professional designation (e.g., CPA, CFA, CTP) is an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Banking Platforms, Treasury Management System (Kyriba), or ERP (Oracle or SAP)
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Sharepoint, along with basic AI and RPA knowledge
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, including multi-factor authentication
