Key Responsibilities

• Receive and sort incoming packages and inventory

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and care

• Operate warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners)

• Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

• Track inventory and report discrepancies

• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet productivity goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to understand and follow safety, quality, and production standards

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

Experience
