About the Role: AI Orchestration & Operations Lead

We’re growing and hiring an AI Orchestration & Operations Lead to join our team. In this role you’ll help us lead our internal AI transformation by identifying, designing, and deploying AI-augmented workflows across the company in collaboration with functional leaders. You will partner with teams to embed AI into daily work, drive team-level enthusiasm, and build a measurable foundation for AI-first operations. Beyond automation, you’ll design and orchestrate AI agents and specialized systems that collaborate with one another and with humans to manage complex multi-step processes that drive business impact. This role is pivotal in shaping how the people at commonsku work day-to-day now and into the future. By reimagining workflows, this role not only drives efficiency but helps our teams spend more time on creative high-value work that supports our community-first approach in an AI-first way.
