Job Description

AI Enablement Manager

We are ready to take this game to the next level. This role is a people‑focused change leadership position responsible for driving AI adoption across OLG. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI use cases, influence stakeholders at all levels, and embed AI into enterprise ways of working. You will shape how teams understand, engage with, and successfully integrate AI capabilities into their day‑to‑day decision‑making.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Director Advanced Analytics, you will be empowered to:

  • Lead the design and facilitation of hands‑on workshops, demos, and enablement sessions that translate AI capabilities into practical, business‑ready tools for OLG teams.
  • Drive the full lifecycle of AI use cases, from problem framing and model development to deployment, organizational readiness, and change management, ensuring sustainable adoption.
  • Act as the bridge between strategy and execution by operationalizing the enterprise AI roadmap, prioritizing high‑value use cases, and accelerating adoption across the organization.
  • Influence and coach stakeholders (technical and non‑technical) to build understanding, confidence, and capability in using AI‑driven tools and insights.
  • Communicate complex insights in clear, compelling ways, translating analytical findings into actionable business recommendations that unlock measurable value.
  • Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, libraries, and platforms; evaluate and recommend tools that strengthen team capabilities and enterprise adoption.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Advanced Analytics and business partners to identify opportunities and implement AI‑enabled workflows that address real business challenges.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME

Education & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience working with AI technologies
  • Masters degree in a related field, such as MMA, MBA. Demonstrated expertise in organizational change management, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving adoption of new technologies or analytics capabilities.
  • Experience leading end‑to‑end AI, analytics, or data‑driven initiatives. Strong facilitation skills and the ability to translate complex topics into accessible, engaging content for diverse audiences.

Relevant Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) combined with the ability to effectively
  • Data translation capabilities: ability to explain analytical and statistical modeling.
