Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master within a product or software development environment.
  • Proven experience facilitating Scrum events, supporting Agile teams, and guiding process improvements.
  • Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates all Scrum events, keeping them focused, purposeful, and meaningful for the team.
  • Supports the team on Agile principles and ways of working, helping them continuously improve.
  • Removes barriers that slow the team down, identifying risks or blockers before they impact delivery.
