A leading Canadian airline in Calgary is seeking a Bilingual Employee Health Advisor to manage disability cases and facilitate workplace accommodations. This role requires proficiency in both English and French, as well as strong communication skills. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure a successful reintegration of employees post-health-related absences and provide training on disability management practices. WestJet Is hiring a Bilingual (EN/FR) Employee Health Advisor. This person plays a critical role in managing and supporting disability cases and workplace accommodations. You will be key to promoting a healthy work environment, facilitating successful rehabilitation, and ensuring employees' smooth reintegration into the workplace following health-related absences.
