Make a significant impact on patient‑focused health care as a Nutrition Food Service (NFS) Administrative Support III. Located in Ponoka, Alberta, you will support a dynamic team that includes Food Service Workers, Cooks, Supervisors, Managers, Dietitians and other interdisciplinary health care workers at the Centennial Centre for Mental Health and Brain Injury.
Responsibilities
- Process diet order changes and print menus/tray tickets.
- Complete food and supply orders.
- Complete time entry.
- Secure replacements for staff absences.
- Manage requests from units for food supplies.
- Confirm accuracy of and code invoices.
- Manage deposits, coin orders and float.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in office administration or equivalent.
- Completed certification in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with basic financial procedures.
- Familiarity with CBORD, Connect Care, Markview, E‑People, iProcurement and SyscoSource.
- 1+ year experience in a food‑service setting.
- 2+ years experience in a general office setting.
- Knowledge of dietetic terminology.
- Experience with scheduling, payroll time entry and staff replacement.
