Administrative Services Manager

Employer: Trinity Management Services Inc.

Location: Ottawa, ON K2C 3N6. Work location: On site.

Compensation: $36.25 per hour (35 hours per week).

Employment terms: Permanent full‑time, morning day shift, starts ASAP, 1 vacancy.

Overview

Coordinate and manage administrative services across multiple departments, overseeing staff in various areas, record management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services. Plan, administer budgets, prepare reports, and support financial audits.

Responsibilities
  • Co‑ordinate administrative services
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services
  • Manage the operations of a department providing a single, or several, administrative services
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years experience in administrative services
  • Experience coordinating multiple administrative services departments
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows) and Google Drive
  • Personal suitability: accurate, flexible, organized, team player, values and ethics, time management, initiative, creativity
  • Work ability: work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail
