Overview

We are a Canadian leader in the import and distribution of high-end sports equipment and are looking for an administrative clerk to join our team. Do you love the world of sports? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team. This is a newly created position that will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to a team of 10 professionals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support to a team of 10 employees.
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry for customer orders.
  • Assist with various accounting tasks, including invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring all documents are up-to-date.
  • Coordinate and track repairs and warranty claims for products.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage a wide range of clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits and Working Conditions
  • Salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Permanent position
  • On-site
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., to cover the Western Canadian time zone.
  • Benefits: Group insurance after 3 months, sick days and personal days available
