Job Description
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Provide real‑time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, hotels and restaurant reservations.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Use computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
- Associate’s degree in a related field.
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
- Multilingual may be preferred or required.
- Excellent time‑management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi‑task.
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
Required Years of Experience: 3 Years
Salary: $23.32 — $32.00 per hour
