Job description

We are seeking a professional andorganized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support the President ofUnscripted & Kids & Family on a part-time basis. This role requiresexcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manageday-to-day administrative tasks and support office operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle general inquiriesin a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetingarrangements for the President.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travellogistics.
  • Provide general administrative support including documentpreparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area and meetingspaces are organized and presentable.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and othermaterials using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Support internal communications and assist with light contentcreation using tools such as Canva (an asset).
  • Use project management tools to support ongoing team projects (anasset).
