Administrative Assistant / Receptionist – Full – Time

Canadian Dental Services Corp. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our Saskatoon team. This full‑time role includes evening and one Saturday per month and offers the opportunity to make a positive daily impact on patients’ lives.

Responsibilities
  • Check the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities.
  • Optimize the clinic appointment book to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets through treatment plan monitoring and continuous patient contact.
  • Answer telephone calls with professionalism.
  • Provide the clinic with administrative and practical support when requested.
  • Establish and facilitate long‑term patient relationships.
  • Gather and accurately record medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated for existing patients.
  • Accurately file patient information, ensuring records are stored securely and handled in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
  • Manage recall and passive patient systems.

Qualifications
  • 1 year of previous dental administration experience preferred, but not required.
  • Customer service or patient relations experience; conflict resolution experience.
  • Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements (the office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service).
