A major financial institution in Canada is offering a temporary administrative support position. The role involves coordinating activities for managers, producing documents, and managing various administrative tasks. Candidates should have a trade school diploma, at least two years of experience, and knowledge of French is essential. Temporary position for one year and 2 months.
The incumbent supports the general manager and/or the manager(s) of a small-sized caisse in carrying out various administrative support and secretarial activities, as per managers' detailed instructions. He or she assists with carrying out management activities, as needed. More specifically, you will be required to:
